Crock Pot Taco Meat

What a week!
I feel like it won't slow down!
and the crazy won't stop until .....
well i don't even know.
But
if your super busy here is a quick and yummy meal just for you.

Have i ever told you how to make the best taco meat on the face of the planet?
(in my opinion)

Here's what you do
Put 1lb of ground beef or you can do ground turkey
in your crock pot

Dice up 1 onion
and throw it in there too.

If your in a hurry
like i was the day i made this
toss in 1 pack of taco seasoning
(I used a little bit more than 1 because i wanted more flavor)
or if you have time you can make your own seasoning
which is probably healthier!

Then set your crock pot on Low for 4 hours
(about halfway through cooking time i will break up the meat so its not in large chunks)
Then enjoy the smells this will fill your house with!

After 4 hours it's done!
Happy tacos!

Or in my case this ...............

What yummy food have you made recently?

Smoothie Sunday

First i want to say we've all heard the rumors that

Is going away very soon :(
But you can still follow my blog on

I would love to have you follow me there!
*** Follow on Bloglovin ***

So
moving on........
Welcome to
Smoothie Sunday!
Lately i have been trying out lots of healthy-ish  smoothies
To me it's a healthier choice than eating a cookie.
So the first smoothie i made on my
smoothie journey
is:
The Blueberry Mango Smoothie

Here's What You Need:
1cup blueberries
1 cup frozen mango's
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4cup coconut milk
(or almond milk,skim milk, water)
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
If you don't have frozen berries you can throw a couple ice cubes in.
Start with 1 cup of blueberries

1 cup of frozen mango

1cup plain Greek yogurt (or you can use vanilla)

And last 1/4 cup of coconut milk
(or you can almond milk, skim milk, water etc)

Put everything in the blender

Blend until smooth

Then enjoy!!
I know I've done good when i get the stamp of approval from
little miss H

Well this one i barely finished in time!
