Life Lately.

Today's Blogtember Post is:
'Life Lately'

Life lately hasn't been to exciting
The whole family got
Sick.
Between all of us we have been sick for probably almost 2 months it seems.
ugh.
Which when all is said and done
I got to do some
DEEP CLEANING
woot.woot.
Thankfully I'm the last to be sick and I'm almost better.
(just a small cough)
But being sick this time around has made me decide that next time i get sick I'm going to have some
doTerra oils on hand.
Next time I'm going to try the all natural way of getting better.
Besides that we took H to the
Children's Museum
over the weekend and they actually had a free event called
Derby Days
going on while we were there so she got to do all sorts of fun free things!
Yay!
They even had llamas!

After the Museum we ate lunch at a little
Hawaiian restaurant
There food was
SO
SO
GOOD.

That evening my church had a
Preparedness Fair
so i went to that and learned a lot.
Besides all the rain that we have been having...
hello Fall.
Life has been pretty uneventful.

Blogtember Day 10

Today's Blogtember post is:
'Describe a distinct moment when your life took a turn.'
I think i the most recent time my life took a turn was when i decided to take a leap of faith and become an
Independent Distributor
for
It Works Global.

It was a huge leap for me.
I've never had my own home based business.
I wasn't sure if i could do it.
All I knew is that i wouldn't
Quit.Ever.

So after dragging my feet and
 doing some research
It was time.
It.Felt.Right.
And the products
WORKED
I knew that this was something i wanted to do.
I know that this could make a better future for my daughter.

So i took the leap
And joined the family.

It Works
recently also had there last boot camp for the year
less than an hour from my home.
Talk about
meant to be?
OR
Just plain blessing in disguise?

All I know is that it was a great life changing experience for me and i learned so much.
And gained so much
Confidence.

This business came into my life for a reason.
And honestly i couldn't be more grateful for my new
It Works Family.
Because they really are family.

If you've never heard of
It Works
they are most well known for there
All Natural
Ultimate Body Wraps
That tighten, tone, and firm in 45 minutes.

Sounds too good to be true?
I would love to wrap you for FREE!

(leave me a comment!)

Sliding Fast

Today's post for
Blogtember is:
A story about a time you were very afraid.
For my 2nd wedding anniversary my husband and i went to
Lava Hot Springs
(it's in Idaho)
While we were there we thought we'd check out the
water slides/water park just up the street
For some reason i let my husband convince me to go down this huge water slide with him.
Well let me tell you
I hate Heights
Add speed to that
I'm a total mess!
Well somehow he convinced me to go with him
This slide had a
60 foot vertical drop
and speed up to 40mph
(and i believe it!)
It was the longest walk i have ever taken up a flight of stairs and when i reached the top
all of a sudden it was my turn.
I wanted to back out so badly
but before i knew it
i was already sitting down
then sliding down
And at that moment I felt like my heart was going to explode!
Plus I forgot to scream.
(which was probably why i felt that way)
And quick as that it was all over.
I can't explain how terrifying that experience was!
But i will Never happen again.

Let me tell you this picture don't do it justice!

A Word Of Advice

Today's Blogtember Post Is:
Pass on some useful advice or information you learned and always remembered.

I read something recently that comes to my mind often it goes...

I think of this often because i recently became a member of the
It Works
Family.
I know that I've just started out on this amazing journey,
and it's been easy to compare myself to others who are in the same place as me but so much farther.
These words remind me that it's ok to have a
bad day
bad week
bad month.
As long as i focus on my success's no matter how big or small
Work on my weakness's
Set goals
And never give up
I can accomplish any goals i set.

Fly Me To......

Today's
Blogtember them is
'If you could take 3 months off life and do anything,go anywhere be anybody
What would you do?'
I think 1 words describe what i would do.
Paris

You know i haven't really done any deep research on Paris
All i know is that for as long as i can remember i've always wanted to go
And someday i will go.
But....
If i was to go without really mapping out what i wanted to do
I would probably end up doing the normal
 'touristy'
 type of things.
But hey, i'm not complaing!
After all it's
Paris!

Where I'm From

Hi!
I decided to tag along with
http://www.chaglund.com/
&
http://www.storyofmylifetheblog.blogspot.com/
As they take on Blogtember!
I'm going to try and keep up and post as often as possible!

First Blog post is:
Where I'm From
(Here we go in a nutshell.)
I feel like I've moved around a lot but i guess looking back,
As a kid i really didn't.
I was born and raised in a little town called Woodland
right outside of
Sacramento.
Life growing up was fun, i had 4 brothers and 3 sisters
we didn't always get along
but that's how it is growing up in a big family.
When I look back on growing up in
Northern California
I remember
good friends.
Sunny weather
Fun family trips
Sunny weather
Working
Sunny weather
Great Church group
More sunny weather
There are a lot of good memories growing up in California.

Until the 1 bad memory
that hit the hardest
My dad gathered all of us in the living room one evening and told us we were moving to......
IDAHO
I could not have been more devastated.
For so many reasons.
But it was reality.
At the time i was a senior in High School
And just about to graduate from Community College with my associates in
General Education
That being 1 thing i wish i had stayed and finished.
*************************************
Anyways..............
we moved to Idaho -yes i hated it at first.....for the first few months...
It being the first move for our family
As hard as it was
now that i'm older when i look back
I'm still amazed at all the people who
welcomed us with open arms
and were glad that we were there.
offered there friendships
were good examples
and accepted me for who i was
which definitely helped lead me to
live a good life
 make smart decisions.
And become who i am today.
So in the end it wasn't so bad.

I also actually met my
husband while i lived in Idaho
Which was another blessing of moving there.

Which leads me into the next move of my life.
After getting married i moved across the state to eastern Idaho
to a little college town called
Rexburg
My husband went to school
I worked (as a dental assistant)
We had our first baby - Hailey
And after the husband graduated, he got a job and we moved on to our next adventure in....

Southern California!!!
Can you feel the excitement?
It was one of the happiest days of my life, when i found out we'd be moving back to California
Our stay in California only lasted a short
9 months
But by golly it was the best 9 months ever!
Once the job ended we found ourselves traveling back to.....

 IDAHO
for a different job.
ehhh
I felt like i was going backwards in time.
My husband started his next job
Which was pretty short lived, because the owners son came back to the company and took over his spot.
Lovely.
So we went on another job hunt again.
Just call us professionals job hunters ;)

We finally found another job and traveled our way to......
Washington state.
(keep in mind this is our 3rd move in 1-2 years of being married)
By now we're feeling the pain of moving and just want to settle down somewhere for awhile!
So as of Now
we have lived in Washington for 2 years (?)
(I stopped keeping track.)
My husband has now had a stable job since we've moved here
and it looks as if we may stay for awhile.
Washington hasn't been to bad to us so far,
we've met some great people
and had some amazing experiences.
For now this is where we'll stay.
I
