Smoothie Sunday - My Favorite Of Them All!

Happy Sunday Everyone! I want to share my  favorite all time  Go To  Green Smoothie!
I know a lot of people see a green smoothie and think there is no way it tastes good. Or  have had a green smoothie that didn't taste good.
Well here is one to try that will change your mind!

Here's What I Used:
1.5 Cups coconut milk (or any other milk/ milk substitute you want)

1 Cup Kale 

(i used a little more than that)

1 Banana

1 tbsp honey

1tbsp flax

1/4 tsp coconut extract

Put it all in the blender Add some ice Blend until smooth.

Enjoy

Smoothie Sunday.....A Day Late

Hope you all had a great weekend! Here's my 'Sunday Smoothie' A day late. But believe me this one was a keeper.

Here's What You Need 1 cup blueberries 1cup strawberries 2 bananas

2 cups fresh spinach

3/4 cup almond milk (or any other kind of milk you like)

3/4 cup of water

Blend until Smooth.

And enjoy

As you can tell this one didn't last long!
